Lego - Serious play?!

Lego serious play is a technique used in businesses and classes to reflect and identify what kind of person you are and how you best work by simply playing with Lego.

An example of how Lego serious play works is, if I made a tower that is completely symmetrical and flawless down to every tiny detail I could say that the tower represents my working style and personality as I would probably be an organised, perfectionist sort of person who takes pride in getting things 'right'. This is why Lego serious play is sometimes used in job interviews too as "you can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a lifetime of conversation"

If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. - Dalai Lama
