On January the 10th 2012 we kicked off semester two with a questionnaire to find out what role we played within a group. Here are my results. Out of 15 (i think)

Ideas Person - 9
Compromiser - 10
Summariser - 9
Recorder -3
Encourager - 10
Leader - 9
These results show i mostly compromise within a group meaning i take into account everyones ideas and try to think of a solution that best suits the group. Also i am an encourager which means im always praising other members of my group with the ideas they come up with and i'm usually the one to get the group motivated by saying things like "We can do it" or "Thats a really good idea!"
The questionnaire helped me understand the way i work in a group and because of that, helped me find what my strengths are making it easier to improve my skills within a group.
